    • Description

The Sculptural & Modeling Activ-Wire Mesh™, 12x24 in Sheet, Large Weave (1/4x1/8 in) is a versatile, easy-to-shape aluminum mesh designed for building durable internal structures and expressive three-dimensional forms. Strong yet highly flexible, this mesh cuts cleanly with scissors and bends smoothly into curves, angles, or organic shapes without breaking. The large 1/4 x 1/8 in weave provides excellent support while allowing plaster, paper mâché, clay, and other sculpting materials to grip securely during application. Lightweight and rustproof, Activ-Wire Mesh™ is ideal for use in classrooms, studios, theater prop construction, costume design, fine art sculpture, and craft projects. Once covered or coated, the mesh retains its form, making it a reliable foundation for both permanent and temporary sculptural work.
